CARBON FIBRE DRIVESHAFT

The Quadrifoglio model exists because the track does — and where there's a track, there's carbon fibre. The lightweight material is often used in motorsports; it's stronger and more durable than steel or aluminium. The Giulia Quadrifoglio leverages the material to construct its carbon fibre driveshaft, which improves vehicle performance by enhancing responsiveness and helping to achieve an optimal power-to-weight ratio.

ACTIVE AERO FRONT SPLITTER

It's no surprise the Giulia Quadrifoglio is the only sedan in the world equipped with an active aero front splitter — it's the only sedan in the world with enough racing heritage to get it right.Based on Alfa Romeo Premium Import High-Performance Midsize Sedan Segment, excludes non-mass production vehicles. (i.e. low volume and "coach builders"). Coated in carbon fibre and crafted with care, the aero front splitter increases the downforce applied to the front end to achieve optimal aerodynamics. When our fast sedan starts to reach top speeds, the front splitter begins to control the airflow going under the vehicle to help reinforce stability, grip, and performance.

INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION

The Giulia Quadrifoglio has handling that is even smoother than its looks on account of its independent suspension system. Adaptive damping technology allows each wheel on the same axle to move vertically, independently of the others — that capability enables the system to be very rigid on corners yet flexible in the longitudinal direction. As a result, optimal performance and improved ride quality are achieved.
